    Default News stealing ok?

I see some sites that take the news right off news sites, and they say something like , news source: blahbhabha.com, is this ok to do? I was wanting to put up some news on my site, and i want to try this if its legal.
here is an example, ircspy.com, go there look at the lower part and see the news? thats what im talking about.

I think it depends on the source, and stealing is never ok, I would send whatever source you want to publish an email request permission to post some of their articles, and of course let them know you will credit the source, if they say no then dont do it, but they will probably says yes (Who doesnt want their content out there right?)

Should be able to find some decent feeds for sure

Im not sure what an rss feed is, ill look it up, i wanted to just get news from real estate news sites, and each day archive the old news to build up pages. I was also wondering, i know duplicate content is not a good thing is googles eye's, does this apply to news as well?

Just to be clear, i wasnt intending on stealing, but was curious if repulishing other sites articles with the source included is acceptable.
