This site is my solution to the problem of finding a good Realtor. Basically it's designed to get reviews of realtors from their clients. I hope that it helps people out. Any suggestions or feedback is much appreciated!

Serving all your Outer Banks real estate needs and if you are looking for a deal then search all Outer Banks foreclosures for bank owned real estate.

Absolutely spamming.
If you read the first post from this person - they say they are married to a REALTOR.
Then in this one, they have just the solution to the problem of finding a good REALTOR.
Either they are spamming - or they hate their wife.

I wouldn't trust a resource like this, competitors could just rate down each other and self promote to make themself look better.
