What do you put in Blog Tags, Meta Description

I just got a new REW website and I was going to do my first blog on REW adn I was wondering what do you put in the boxes that say:
Meta Keywords, Meta Description, & Blog Tags?

Another question would it be smart to post the same blog on REW as you do on your own personal site?

No. The REW blog will show up much higher then your personal blog and it would be pointless. The other question is best left for the experts.

When I write blogs I place long tail search terms that the blog is about. So lets say I write a blog about Halloween events in bellingham. I first think about what people are going to search for when trying to find something to do in bellingham around Halloween. I usually keep it to 3 tags per post so, this comes to mind, "things to do in bellingham Halloween" "Halloween events in bellingham" "bellingham Halloween" I place these three separated by a comma in tag section. Then I give it a title that is going to cover all of these keywords. so "events & things to do here in bellingham on Halloween" this would be the title. As far as the description I would write what the blog entry is about. Info regarding things to do here in bellingham wa on halloween, by Eric Badgley.
