    Default Fractional Ownership Website Review

I am looking for help in two separate ways please. My first is from a design standpoint. Any comments or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

The second in on the premise. Anyone with thoughts on this new concept of Fractional Ownership would be greatly appreciated.

    Here is the site.

    1. first header is much wider than second (a similar problem is on login page).
    2. too much space on both home pictures (headers).

    From a design/usability standpoint:
I assume you are still working on your "our blog" page because there are some obvious issues there.
I agree with the earlier comment that their is too much space in the headers, particulary the top one.

    From an SEO standpoint:
If you're intent is to have the home page as your main landing page then I would certainly add some more keyword relavent content, particularly in your titles.

What the other guys said. Plus, your "Property Portfolio" page does not render properly in Firefox or Safari. Nor does your footer display in those two browsers.

Also, using a Blogger page within your site is a bit clunky. You want to maintain consistency.
