Any agents with Fractional Ownership Experience? I am looking for some agents that have had some success marketing or selling Fractional Ownership Real Estate. I am looking for agents who have sold something other than a PRC that performed a hard sale after offering a free weekend getaway. Has anyone sold Fractional Ownership where the buyers stayed happy customers and love what they got into. I have a great market it would actually make sense to own a fractional second home. It would be nice to find others who have successfully put this together.

I think you were referring to some agents who sell timeshares. Selling fractional ownership homes is a different game. A big part of it is educating the buyers and showing them how this works. Because fractional home ownership is a new form of ownership and there are a lot of misunderstanding as to how it works. Also, various fractional companies have different options so there isn't such an industry standard to go by. What kind of fractional offerings are you interested in finding agent?
