Interviewing new Broker , important Qs to ask.

Well , the time has come and i'm interviewing a new office/company to switch to. I'm not all too happy concerning the current company i'm with.

What are the important questions to ask?

So far i'm asking questions about Lead Generation , Personal purchases , training, ads and commission splits.


Anything you'd absolutely ask? I meet with the manager tommmorow and want to make sure i'm asking everything possible.

Did you read this post? You really need to ask about what happens to your listings and sales if you decide to leave them. This is the time to negotiate for things like this, not when you are leaving.

My current company has a set policy, all my listings are set to expire or are under contract or should be shortly. This will prevent any foreseeable issues with my current listings.
