Overall it's a pretty good site. The only recommendations I have would be to limit the amount of properties on the index page. It's a bit too much. Also, I don't like having to scroll through your opening paragraph. I don't mind the use of iFrames but with cutting down on the amount of properties on the index you could easily fit your opening text in there without having to scroll.

Lastly, you might want to consider some additional property images on their respective details pages. One, small thumbnail doesn't really cut it.

The only thing that jumps out to change is the scrolling of the parargraph on the first page....shouldn't be too hard to change...plenty of room

The idea of having the scrolling content was to fit some keywords in there while not making the page too long at the same time.
