Hi,
Do not call list is telemarketers don't disturb the people by promoting there products. They put them on do not call list.

The do-not-call list killed the cold calling strategy a lot of our agents relied on to get new business and I still get just as many telemarketers calling me to sell me pens and stuff everyday! Nothing has changed except for us law abiding citizens\businesses.

you might want to try your title company. In Arizona, they give us a "scrubed" list
