Default Visitors: Many Conversions: Too Few

    Hi,

I am an Exclusive Buyer Agent in Pinehurst, NC. I launched the latest version of my custom site www.PinehurstRealEstate.net in April 2007. My Stats Analysis reports show that on average anywhere between 150 and 275 unique visitors come to my site daily due to the efforts of a really good SEO buy. However, although I put these inquiries into a drip system right away, hardly any of them make a direct contact to me by e-mail or toll free telephone number.

My target market is out of state "over-50 ers" who love to golf and want to retire to a place with 40 golf courses, reasonable housing if desired, property taxes below many other parts of the country, and outstanding health care facilities to name a few of the benefits.

Any thoughts on what the site lacks either visually or suitability of content for the interests of my niche market?

Your feedback would be appreciated. Thanks if advance for your honest opinions.

Thanks for the heads up...I just joined the group today. Where can I find someone's request for a review?

Are you sending the leads property or market updates? It could be that the follow up isn't compelling enough for them to continue to make contact. This is an issue that I am trying to deal with.

Congratulations on your top google ranking for Pinehurst RE though, that is a nice accomplishment.

Without even looking at your site, my first guess would be that maybe your drip emails are going straight to your recipient's spam folder.
