    Default Companies that License Content

I would like to add articles to my website. Not links, fully embedded articles. for that reason, I think I will have to license content. Does anyone know of companies that license content for:
    - buying homes
    - selling homes
    - home maintenance (diy)
    - mortgage articles

    Any help is greatly appreciated

REW does it (the owners of this forum). You can see the service page here: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/...opywriting.php

Aye, you basically pay people to write articles for you. I mean.. you could 'license' an article.. but why would you want to pay for content that others have too?

We have tons of FREE content available that is appropriate for many sections of a real estate website including buyers articles, sellers articles, mortgage information etc - the only caveat is that the embedding links in the signature of the article are kept in tact as our customers pay for the production of this content for use by other Realtors

How would one access some of these articles for inclusion on a site?

Would there be duplicate content issues?

Would their be duplicate content issues? As syndicated content you would not get credit for a unique page of content on your site, but having syndicated content on your website will also not land you a penalty - You are completely safe to publish article, or syndicated content of other kinds (RSS feeds etc) to your site - but don't think you will get the same credit for it as if you had written a unique work.

The "reason" you would post articles that are syndicated on your own site

#1 - You are unwilling / unable to write your own GOOD content
#2 - You do not have a budget to PAY someone to write the content
#3 - An article was so amazing that you just had to share it with your readers.

In any of these cases - you should always only add articles to your website if they are relevant and helpful to your visitors -

Just to confirm, the articles from REW are free to publish on a real estate site? With the condition that there are links in the text to the authors. Hidden links or normal links?

Any articles that could be related to European real estate/ French real estate or international real estate trends?

    Thanks

Dona - you cannot hide links, it is against the search engines terms of service, and that would defeat the purpose of giving the author credit for the articles -

36 Towns - Currently you would have to request them, you can email tyler @ realestatewebmasters.com and ask him if we have any articles on topic x - He will be happy to provide you with as many as you like assuming the credit for work link is kept in tact.

That reminds me, I should really create something where they are more easily accessible.
