Tony, I can't answer your question, just popped by to say two things:
It would be nice if you could stop by our Introduction Area to introduce yourself, and also, typing with the first letter of a word as a capital is REALLY hard to read, at least for myself
If you're not remembered, you never existed.

I ask my dad a lot of questions. He was a carpenter back in the day, so I can at least find out the steps needed to do a lot of the work I need to give estimated costs for. I know how much contractors in my area charge, so that helps. For material costs, you can try homedepot.com and lowes.com. Some sites will even show the labor costs, like if you're looking at a water heater, it wil say ''$900 installed' or whatever. Very helpful.

It might be a good idea to just go to these types of websites and research now, then it won't be as difficult to estimate when you do get an order requiring repair estimates.
