    Default expireds mail campaign

Anybody had any luck with running an Expireds Mail Campaign offering a Very Good USP NOT in conjunction with phone calls?
If so, the number of mailings per prospect and frequency?
And the average number in the Campaign?

    Thanx

Remember in marketing that you need to touch the propsect at least 7 times before they remember you and/or take action. Postcards are great as most people will read a postcard. You never know when someone's sitaution will change.

Don't know about your laws, however I have always put a tag line (in small type) something to the effect that if your property is currently listed, this is not a solicitation for your listing. Protects you if the seller lists with another agent and then receives your card.

    Hope that helps. Good luck!

I had no idea that so many people were on the do not call list, In this case It is not a bad idea to just mail postcards.

I would contact Borino, he is a member here. He has an expired program that is actually pretty good. I ordered it a while ago and gave it to my agents and they have gained some listings using the program.
