    Default Adwords copy

My adwords copy looks the same as my competitors and is not getting the response I would like. Anyone have a good PPC ad copy they would not mind sharing?

Copy needs to be created specific to the nature of the Ad, what are you promoting, what page are you sending the ad to, who are you targeting? What is the Goal of the ad (Desired end result)

My desired result is to get listings. Right now I am just sending them to my home page.

    My new ad for Yahoo:

    Have A Home To Sell?
Click Or Call Jim Does It All
    wwwJimHoulihanrealestate

Been running for a week or so and no leads yet.

Sending any PPC clicker to your home page is virtually useless and a waste of money. Send them directly to a CMA page, preferably community specific, or a page about home valuations and what they are, with a prominent link to your CMA request form.

Not a lot of sellers on the net. Mostly buyers. The net has become the place to shop so naturally it attracts buyers whereas sellers are being pursued by agents and don't need to go looking for help.

Ron, That is a good tip. I just changed some of my adwords campaigns to link deeper in my website. I hope this helps my conversion ratio.
