Internet Lead Conversion System

Hey gang,
just wanted to ask you all a question. Do any of you know of a place where I can buy either a book or a course on how to convert Internet leads. There's got to be something out there.

I wonder if there are any systems that any of you follow. For example, when the lead comes in through IDX registration, how is it handled from that point and by whom and what is the process of turning that lead into a buyer.

I have a registration form on my lead site, when the lead comes in, with the phone number we call. If they don't answer we leave a message, Hi, this is --- call me back on my cell phone________.
They usually do.
I add them to my drip campaign depending on how we can help them. Invite them to continue to use the site, etc.

I have 4 different types of forms to try to catch their attention and that is before they even get to my IDX where there is another 3 different lead capture forms. Variety is the spice of life.

What I'm looking for is a system that an agent can follow. A step-by-step proven process that will teach an agent or a brokerage on what it takes to convert a lead into a buyer.

Apparently, Jake Marsh has a system in place. I'm just not sure if it's something that he created or he followed somebody else's system.

I think that some of the best advice anywhere about working with internet leads will be found here on this forum. I have not come across any books or systems that deal with internet leads per se. But in reality, are they that much different than any other type of lead? The time frame may be a bit longer, but in many ways they are just like someone you might meet at an open house, only they are probably earlier in on the decision to buy a house. Seems like what you want to do is keep sending them information that they find useful and reminders to visit your site when they are looking for real estate related information. This is my plan anyway although my site is still too new to see results, I believe the key will be persistency and consistency, no different than working with any other category of buyers or sellers.

Thanks. Self promotion wasn't intentional. That's why I didn't send to a page that had stuff to sell but only the training. I appreciate the advice and will make sure not to do it in the future.
