Unless you're a bail bond agent I don't think you're going to get any calls with bench advertising. It is however, decent at best, if the people that live in your farm would see it on a regular basis, it would help you to brand yourself more effectively in that area, but I think the people who would ultimately call you are people that have heard about you before by either word of mouth or other types of marketing that caters to their needs. There are definitely better things you can do with your money.

Ya the Bus Stop bench thing is way outta control. I sometimes think it's more a vanity thing, but what do I know. Here's something that you might get a kick out of.

    LOL.

That pretty much sums up what I think of the whole Bus Stop Bench thing. We don't have bus stops in my town so the local vanity agents put their ugly mugs on the shopping carts at the supermaket. They'd do the back side of grocery receipts if they'd thought of it.

Typically if a bus bench reader likes the message on the bench their next step is to go to your website. If you do decide to use this form of advertising make sure you have your website url clearly displayed and even more importantly make sure when they get to your website that they are blown away.

Otherwise that's another $ 250 down the drain.

I remember one of my friends emailed me that video when I got my RE license. It so funny then and yet it is even funnier now!

I got a kick out of agents that advertise themselves on those sticks that separate the groceries, I thought I'd seen everything until that point.

I agree with everyone...besides branding, I am thinking if you are an investor the bus stop would be a great place to advertise. When we lived in Atlanta, we were a part of IbuyHousesfast.com We bought a certain territory and on advertising, bandit signs, etc., all we needed was the website and phone number.

Saodavi, there are grocery stores with ads on the back of the register tape...I haven't seen a realtors photo on one yet...
