    Question registration required

I got a listing sent to me, and two things I guess:

The trouble- I was required to re-sign to view the listing that arrived in my e-mail. I don't remember having to do that. Today it works, the other day it didn't.Please investigate. It is the one below.

Second the listing sent via e-mail is pretty bleak. A thumbnail is shown( didn't copy over) of it. Is there a way to have a nicer less bleak page that this is shown on? Maybe have in a postcard or something. The unsubscribe looks so prominent, relatively. Stark is what I think when I see these. I have several other IDX's that make a nice sort of template that is pleasing to the eye. Is the next gen IDX going to have something a bit more pleasing? I can send samples if helpful.

When someone registers for the IDX it will save a cookie in your browser. This cookie is used to let the IDX know that the user is signed in or not. If you check the email from a different computer than you registered on - or a different browser - or if you have cleared out the cookies you will be forced to register again.
Proposed Solution: We code something for you that when the auto emails are sent out the link back to the site will automatically log them into their account. I'd say we could get that completed in 1/2hr programming.

I've spoken with the designers and they say that in 2hrs we could make the email "look like your website" ( header graphic and look of the listings results page )

Lets do something to make that look better when the consumer gets a listing sent to them, so they are automatically logged in to view and has the graphics around it.I guess that means work for Aaron and Kim

I can send some examples, but suspect you must have dealt with this before. Do you want some samples?

    Hi Gregg,

You did send me one sample - which looks good - but I think that it would be best to have it resemble the propertyinsantacruz.com website.
It all depends on what you would like it to look like - we do alot of custom work - so each one will be different.

Let me know if you would like to go ahead with this project - it's about 2.5hrs depending on what your requirements are for the email template it could push it up to 3hrs

    Thank you,
    Aaron
