map problems

Seacliff does not seem to map.When I go to the map search it doesn't list any properties, at least in the 1-2M range I am searching. I know they are there.Please investigate.

Hi Gregg,

Looks like the geocoder doesn't know that address. I did a direct query of the geocoder - maps.google.com also doesn't seem to find the address - sometimes maps.google.com will find the address when the geocoder does not. So that
must mean there is no geocode data for the area.
Unfortunately there is not much I can do about this.

This is off topic but I rented a house on Coates in 1992-1993. I loved that neighborhood. The house I rented was a student rental during the year and then rented by the week to summer visitors. As I remember, prices in the neighborhood then were between $300,000 and $500,000.

Nice area, still sort of quaint, cottages are generally 6-700K and nice ocean view homes over 2M.

ok - looks like the actual city name is "Aptos" not "Seacliff" - I'll try changing that in the goeocoder.
