Default I just passed my exam

I passed my RE exam and tomorrow I will be meeting with my broker. I am so excited to start my Carrier. Does anyone have any beginner advice for me? Marketing ideas that don't cost thousands of dollars?

    Thanks..

Build a website, even if it's a wordpress blog, and start linkbuilding. When you get established you will have an aged and trusted domain that you can build a professional website on.

An established & professional website provides some of the best marketing you can possibly have.

Welcome. Open houses don't cost anything, and you can practice scripts on people. I'm sure agents in your office would love for you to make their clients happy by holding houses open. Make sure you know the inventory and the comps.

Welcome and congrats! Now what??? How are we going to get leads??? I agree with Lydia - start your site immediately and start letting it age. Word Press blogs are a good way to start and close to free. Then find some other ways to build a client base. Lots of avenues but you must find leads! Open houses, website, farm, builder contacts, etc. My .02
