Im new to the foreclosures, but i want to send letters out to get the listings , not invest myself but get the listings , i need to send a letter out to homeowners to let me market there house and get it sold so they dont lose the house for nothing etc. anyone please help or if you know any free resources for letters?

I would send out a letter with references of the people you have done work with in the past concerning shortsales/preforeclosures or whatever type of thing you're interested in doing.

They are most likely getting dozens of letters at the moment from agents , attorneys and credit consulting places, so yours definately will have to stand out from the crowd.
