Default Need some feedback on REO/BPO Companies.

can any one give me some information on InstantBPO.com, I heard that they really short change their agents when it comes to rates and have heard that they are notorious for not paying.
In addition anyone working with really good REO/BPO Companies?

Honestly I wanted to let you all know that you should not have to pay for REO listings. If you have buyers that are seriously interested I have a direct contact with a Seller's Mandate for two of the largest banks. One can purchase properties for 27 to 32 cents on the dollar.

This is not a scam, I don't charge you to talk to the Seller's Mandate all that needs to be done is a NCND signed and then a checklist for the bank. After that you will be in direct contact with the Mandate and then it is endless from there.

Let me know if you want any help with this! Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you

Oh stop with the spam already.

Anyway back to the topic. I have not heard anything bad about this nor anything good. I am not even sure if they are giving out work yet. They go by the name of bpotools.com.
