Yes . But in any business failure is absolute if you don't pay attention
to what you are doing. Have Goals and plans. Follow thru those goals
and plans. Here in California 90% of the people I started with in my Realtor Board
are no where to be found. Real Estate can make you lot's of money but you have to work for them. people wont come to you, so make plans and goals.
