    Default Email updates --saved searches

Could someone check again to see if my saved searches are receiving email updates. I set some tests up a few weeks ago and I'm not receiving any updates.

    Thanks.

    Hi Carolyn,

I checked on the script and it does appear to be sending out listings.
Possibly you need to set up a broader search to see it in action.
From what I can tell everything should be working correctly.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong then. As a test I had saved two entire cities and I have yet to recieve any updates. I'm setting up another search under a different email to see if I get anything.

If you have a spam folder with your email provider, check it.

I had this problem too and it took me a few weeks to find out nothing was going out. Aaron did some fiddling and mine are working. I suggest to have yourself on a broad range in a market where you know you will get results and have it sent to yourself. I did not have mine end up spam, they just never got send.

You may want to have them,as I am doing, have an e-mail sent to you of the people who got search results.Whille I think I prefer what I had at my old IDX's where you saw what each customer was getting, at least it is a start.

Maybe on one of the upgrades they will have that. I personally find it helpful as you may see a property that they get.

While the property may have a bad photo or something and not trigger any interest to them, you may have seen the place and know it may fit their needs.

With all the other things to keep track of, seeing what they get refreshes me to an area I may not generally keep track of and it gives me a reason to call and follow up that I may not have done so otherwise.
