    I find this topic fascinating... I am curious about KW they are just starting to take off here in South Florida. Many of the top agents in our area have their own companies and don't work for big franchises. I am with the largest local firm of over 250 agents and am pretty happy. Do you think it means much to be with a company that has a "name" outside of the local area?

    Keller Williams might be growing elsewhere. I don't have any hard number but the agent seems to be going down.

    I don't know how helpful being with a brand name company is. I would think it doesn't help that much but it would be interesting to hear from someone how is part of a big brand to see if it helps get listings.
