Default Oregon IDX Solutions besides RMLS?

I am a web developer that does some IDX integration for local realtors. The regional MLS just emailed me to say that they are going to charge me $150/month for the IDX feed that was free when I started doing this a few years ago. I wouldn't mind so much, but the quality of their service sucks (which I can deal with if it's free), but I can't seem to find a way to get the info without going through them. Does anyone know of a way to get IDX from realtor.com, or some other source?

    Thanks in advance.

It's not going to happen, IDX data is the intellectual property of the collective members of the board, and is only distributable via approved channels - Probably not much consolation but every IDX developer is in the same boat (we also have to pay these fees) - Of course we are not going to pay for this data, so we pass the fees on to the customer - It's a pretty simple formula: What the MLS charges us / the number of customers in the market = what each customer pays as a fee for data. Customers of course don't love this, but it is really between them and the board they are members of, so we suggest they try to get involved at the board level if they have particular issue with it.

If it is any consolation, all FTP Service Providers are seeing this fee increase. This means you can tell your clients that they would be paying this fee (or part thereof) wherever they went to for IDX services.
