It wasn't worth it for me.
Serving all your Outer Banks real estate needs and if you are looking for a deal then search all Outer Banks foreclosures for bank owned real estate.

Yeah been doing it since the beta version. I will say this.....one deal I closed in 2007 that was 500k+ came from msn ppc. Msn just doesn't have the traffic but my average price per click is almost 40 cents cheaper per click.
I would give it a go!
