Good news for Austin

For good news on Austin area schools, take a look at Texas Monthly's 2007 list of best public schools in Texas. Of about 8000 putlic schools in Texas, 859 made the list. Eanes and Lake Travis schools cleaned up - go figure! Eanes had 8 of its 9 and Lake Travis had 5 of its 7 on the list.

Most interesting part I thought is New York is listed as:

#3 for MOST preferred.

#1 for LEAST preferred.


Kinda funny.
