I didn't want to single anyone out and was hoping by providing the link the new members will be able to 'fit in' quicker as part of the community and maybe offer some helpful information from the 'new eyes' perspective.

I think this is a very common issue with new members to any forums. I know when I started posting on forums, many years ago, I always neglected to introduce myself and read the forum rules.

Back in those days (can you say Bulletin Boards on dial up ), people were not nearly as polite or patient with new visitors. I can tell you that after the first few thrashings, I quickly learned
