    Default Leads from your brokerage

This question is to all the agents out there.

I was wondering how many leads do you receive from your broker. Those of you who work for franchise offices, you already have systems in place, so what is the average number of leads do you receive from those systems?

I also wonder if any of you in small/er offices receive any leads from your broker.

    Look forward to your feedback.

I'm not sure how statistically meaningful the information will be to you.

Lots of factors play into how many leads you get - size of your market, your office's market share, your office's marketing efforts/promotion, internet visibility, etc, etc, etc.

I haven't worked out of a big office or for a franchise in years, but I don't recall recieving any leads from the brokerage. The only leads I recieved were from floor or phone duty.

Currently, my broker is a working broker, too... so, don't get any leads now either.

That's it? 2 or 3 leads a year is definitely not attractive to entice agents to come work for your brokerage.

If my broker was to hire another agent, who has good experience and who doesn't need training, but that agent is looking for leads, how many leads per day/week/month/year would make the agent say, "Hmmm, that's pretty good!".

Our Prude broker has passed on 0 leads to us. We learned that some other agents were getting a couple but they are so few that it wasn't worth worrying about. I would be careful interviewing as most agents looking for someone to hand them leads has not been very successful on their own.

There are over 40 agents in our office and 150 in our company. I do not expect nor get any leads from my broker. The only leads they "give" me are buyers that have found me through my site but are using a Relocation Company as part of their move here and must be assigned an agent and they request me. It's painful paying the referral fee for someone I was engaged with through my site but as they say, "that's the way it is".

Oh that's an easy one - 0 leads - unless it's from floor duty!

If they would at least promote the C21 company website perhaps that would change!

Wow. I'm surprised that Prudential doesn't provide more leads. I mean, their affiliation with Yahoo was suppose to be a good thing for the agents.

What about ReMax, Keller Williams and Century21? I would like to hear from agents who are affiliated with those franchises, because as far as I understand, these companies have pretty good lead generation systems in place.

Prude GA CEO told us last week that they are dropping their affiliation with Y as they haven't really gotten much off of it and now they have made some deal with the devil Troolia. I am afraid to ask for the details...

Our local C21 broker is #1 in the SERPs (for now ) so I am sure they are passing some leads to their agents here.
