Default Displaying search results in Framed IDX

    Greetings REW,

I was wondering if there is a way to display the search results of mlxchange or any other idx solution that I can frame inside my website. Namely, I am trying to target the market for only one condominium so I need to display the listings for that condo. The mlxchange search results's url ends in AWPRresults.asp which I think is the file that takes care of the search criteria and I cannot use that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you a REALTOR, and a member in Google standing with the MLS board in which the condo is listed?
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!

Haha, well actually, I am in the process of making a website for one. She indeed belongs to the South East Florida (SEF) mls for which the condo is listed.

For a specific search result without having a custom IDX website, I have to create a saved search in the MLS with the criteria I want, then I have the MLS people create the link for me, they email me the link and I then I-frame that link onto the appropriate page.

So, create a saved search for that condo and have thme convert it to a link. I have had my mls techs build me probably 50 or more of these custom links, this is the best solution for me till I can sport a custom IDX (read afford).

I was hit with a $500 fine for using this approach. Our MLS rules specify that to display MLS data on my site I have to use their IDX feed and not post info directly from the MLS. You might want to ask first.

Wasn't a problem for me, but again, thats just my mls. They create the links for me and its a free service for being a member. That may vary depending on the provider. The board next door charges you just $100 a year for the same service.
