Contacting the seller directly is bad form. Especially for a real estate agent. In some states this would be considered tampering with the other agents client. If you are concerned your offer has not been presented contact the listing agents broker not the seller. A buyers agent contacting the seller is a big no no. In the best scenario it would put unneeded tension in the transaction. And we as agents are suppose to be making the sale easier and cleaner.
