This is something I have been thinking about so it's great timing.

My thought was that I would no longer take standard BS link text (actually haven't added any links of late) and require a link partner to write a paragraph about their local area. Inside of the paragraph would be 2 or 3 links to the link partners site. One to the home page and one or two to key interior pages. This will get some needed links to interior pages and increase the quality of my links pages.

Problem is finding enough link partners that are willing to invest the time and that have good quality link pages to start with.

I think someone from San Diego tried doing this a few months ago

    Morgan,

I have been thinking of this myself as a way to co-market with REa's. I am currently trying it out with one as of now. Let me know if this is along the lines your referring to. This would be my lead page:

    http://www.virginiamortgagelender.co...s_for_sale.htm

Right now I am considering two avenues for the Agent.
    1) Put the agent directly on the page and / or 2) link their website from this link:
Click here for the best Glen Allen homes for sale! This link would then go directly to the agents site.
Right now it goes to my FSBO page where i help areas fsbos.

Also, I had a question, the 6 or so area towns I have wrote these pages for I have linked together, but keep the links off my homepage. Is this the correct way to do it or any suggestions would be beneficial.

    Ben
