Default Anybody else noticed Realtor.com is doing PPC

    Hey Guys,

I have been meaning to post this for a while.

If Realtor.com is doing so good how come they are doing PPC? Does it also piss the rest of you off that they are taking out money to post our listings then also competing with us for the top PPC rankings!
If you are looking for San Diego Real Estate or you want to view San Diego MLS listings (or at least that portion of the data feed that SANDICOR allows us to display on our websites) go to a local San Diego County real estate Agent's Site.

Guess that's what happens when individual agent web sites kick their butts in the SERP's.
Name that tune in two words.... they suck.

    You crack me up!

Congrats on Passing Debbie F for your county search.

Yeah, you noticed that... It was not even one of the keywords I was after, but it is getting some good click throughs. So, I now am on page one for the county real estate, county homes (just below Realtor.com) and city real estate searches. And, I am just one spot behind her for the county MLS. Just shows you how good REW sites can be if you do something to them (like learn some basic HTML for those non-techies who may be procrastinating). Close your eyes and it is magic... LOL.

They are losing ground is the serps so now they have resorted to PPC and getting NAR to pass rules to hinder the sites that are beating them.
Serving all your Outer Banks real estate needs and if you are looking for a deal then search all Outer Banks foreclosures for bank owned real estate.

Stats show in NJ 50+% of searches start on realtor.com. They are definitely getting gready...selling out in various areas.

Good thing you got an REW site so you can take some of those leads away from them.
