Where can I get high quality telemarketing lists?

O.k. this is what I do to create my own telemarketing lists. I use a program to pull down a copy of my countries telephone directory. I then use the same program to pull down the list of properties for sale on the most popular real estate listing site in my country. Now I have a list of all the houses for sale and a list of all the people in the country with a house for sale. I now just match up the lists by address, so now I have a the name, address and phone number for every house for sale in the country. I can now use this for cold calling or direct marketing to pitch my real estate or mortgage services.

I personally HATE telemarketing. I will do direct mail and I DO return phone calls and e-mails, but I will not call people who are not expecting my call.

One thing none of you have mention is the Federal Do Not Call list.What ever program or method you use, make sure you run it through the Federal Do Not Call Database.

By the way. The Do Not Call Database does not apply to Business to Business. So if any of you use your home number as a business number (a major No No anyway) you have become exempt from the DNC list.

But if the caller doesn't know it they sure back off quick Businesses using the DNC are suppose to check every 30 days, so most callers do not have any idea when their list was last updated or when you placed your number on the list.
