    You can create custom searches using their URL logic, but they will not be built into the site, you have to create individual iframe pages for every custom search you want to display on your website (Ends up being a LOT of iframes)

    There's quite a bit of links you can create to pull a custom search. (Thanks KSA!)

    There is a way to predefine city, price range, bedrooms, etc in our search. using the base search (ex. www.mlsfinder.com/state_mls/example) and adding index.cfm?action=newsearchsession& and you can add many of the following depending on your market.

    BUILT_AFTER=1900
    BUILT_BEFORE=2001
    CITY=Alpharetta
    COMMERCIAL=y
    CONDO_TOWNHOUSE=y
    DUPLEX=y
    FARM_HOBBY=y
    HAS_FAMILY_ROOM=y
    HAS_FIREPLACE=y
    HAS_GARAGE=y
    HAS_GOLF=y
    HAS_LAKEFRONT=y
    HAS_WATERFRONT=y
    LOTS_ACREAGE=y
    MAX_PRICE=10000000
    MIN_ACRES=0.1
    MIN_BATHROOMS=1
    MIN_BEDROOMS=1
    MIN_PRICE=10000
    MIN_SQUARE_FEET=600
    MULTI_FAMILY=y
    SINGLE_FAMILY=y
    ADDRESS=123
    ZIP_CODE=55401
    PROPERTY_ID=MLS#
    STATE=GA
    But yea, ends up having to SEO a bunch of iframe pages (custom title, meta description, and keywords) and can get tedious. I have been successful, however, at getting these pages indexed in Google.

    I have done the iFrame thing (still do on one older site) and, yes, the pages can get found. However, if you are going to do the exercise, you should consider going to a custom IDX as then the individual pages as well as the specific properties get found in searches, by MLS number, address, etc., not just the pages. No comparison as to SE results, IMO.

    One of things I didn't like about Wolfnet was they don't have a built in CRM tool to use when you capture leads. You have to upload all the leads into an existing CRM product such as Top Producer, Act or Outlook.

    They do have a CRM product, it is just very weak - True CRM is a business in of itself, and it is hard for IDX vendors to justify support and development, as Realtors typically do not want to pay fair market value for a CRM product built into the IDX - it's strange really - they will pay $50 a month for IDX and $50 a month for CRM but won't pay $100 a month for an IDX with a CRM built in.

    I have been using IDXpro for about a year now and although it isnt bad considering I can setup custom searches...client tracking, etc...I would really like to just use one solution as right now I give my clients too many options and I need to minimize down to 2...either mls direct search...or something more sophisticated.
