I would have to say that Rew has the best Customer Service that I have seen in a while. Serious its, 7:41 pm and I have rew Aaron answering my pms about work orders.

My other web developer in Seattle It takes a week to get a response on anything. Here I get responses, sometimes in seconds.

I am amazed at how hard these guys work, especially Morgan. There is times where I see him on at 1:00 in the morning answering Questions. I guess thats why they do so well.

Blows my mind, don't you guess every take a break!

Nice of you to post the comment, Eric.It is the greatest... sometimes even emails at 11:00 PM, on weekends and even Sunday nights. It's when many of us work on our sites. Kind of addicting, wouldn't you say? Are we pathetic or what! REW got us hooked...

Yeah I know, I usually work on my website, every night when I get home. Thats why I see then and know they are online late as well.

I am addicted to my website, I don't work on it because I have to..I think its fun, kind of like a hobby.

A couple of times I have also posted questions, off hours just because that was when I had a moment not expecting to have an answer until the next business day and my questions have either been answered or acknowledged that they would be looked into during business hours. It is definitely addicting and I still feel like I am in information gathering mode.

You said it. That's why I love real estate! The hobby of it all. I love SEO, marketing, photography, website analytics, conversion tactics and creating unique user experiences online...I love it all. And it's not that it because I have to...many agent "get by", or even thrive, knowing very little about the web and the amazing tool it can be to our businesses.
