I'm not knowledgeable about the technical stuff but I really like the look and the flow/ease of use. Wish I could remember what it was like before.

It's a nicely designed site, it definately has a real estate look about it. Good logo across the top, I could do with something like that, how did you do it?

I think the menu on the left is OK, but the way the highlighted menu, on rollover, sticks out is a little unusual. Not sure whether I like that or not.

From an seo point of you, I'm not so sure you should have so many outbound links at the bottom of the homepage. It is probably leaking your PR. If they are link partners, they could do to be moved from the homepage.

Please give feedback...

1) your design is good and has a professional feel.

2) you are not getting any SE advantages. You are using background images which decreases load time but you can also write over them for an "above the fold advantage."

3) You are not using h1 or h2 tags. Why the date at the top? There is no user or SE value in a date. Put your tag line with your key word phase between h1 tags. Here is what you have:
<strong>San Diego Real Estate</strong></a> , <font color="#415b87">MLS Property Listings, Homes ...

Here is how I would format it: <h1 style="font-size: 10px; color: #415b87;">San Diego Real Estate, MLS Property Listings, Homes and La Jolla Real Estate for Sale!</h1>
