oh wait nm. I get it. You need to create a pic for "no image available" so that you dont have all the red x's.

    Looks cool though

I said I hadnt finished the search function yet. But all of the MLS info is still on the site and functioning...

Yeah the little red X's are annoying but I am using a third parties website for the pics right now. I will fix that as soon as I can...

A couple things. Clicking on rentals takes you to another site which is a bit jarring and you loose your visitor. I am not saying you should not have a link to the rental site but why in such a promenient postion on your menu. The second point is the date at the top of your site. I usually know the date and if I don't I probably don't want to. Kidding aside, that date is the first thing a search engine will read and the first thing a visitor will see but it does not get you any search engine boast or usability boast. You will get more from key words at the top of your site instead of the date.

Well to be honest about the Rental site the fact is that the Sale site is one I am doing for a Realtor where as the rental site is mine. I get the proceeds from that site. (More traffic = more contracts for me from property managers...)

As far as the date vs. keywords goes, that really doesnt matter. The date is there as added value for the end user. It wont affect my SERPs at all I can garuntee it.

I appreciate the feedback though. Any comments on the actual usability of the site?
