Default Is there a Catch to selling these Probate Properties?

I got this solicitation today. What is the catch?

    Hello,

I am the webmaster for 1800Probate.com. We are one of the largest probate organizations in the country. Our program has been getting a large amount of requests from people in your state looking for realtors to sell their deceased loved one's home. I did a Google search for related companies and came across you guys. I think that we could likely funnel the leads we are getting directly to you. We are not looking for a referral fee or any money in return, rather we would like to see if there is some way for us to partner. We figure this will be a great source of leads for your company and the leads will no longer inundate our employees. If you are interested, please feel free to give me a call at the number listed below or reply to this email.

Doing a google search for 1800proobate (the company, not the site) didn't yield many websites.

One is a blog, at southdakotainheritancecashadvance.blogspot.com/, which has a huge ad, and WAY down, is horribly written garbled ads for them to obtain keywords. If you leave the blog page, it gives you a popup asking if you want to do live chat with their 'agent'.

Their about page is tacky, and looks like a huge state directory (for each state's probate laws and lawyers).

I'd ask them for more details, but don't hold out for anything grand possibly?
If you're not remembered, you never existed.

FYI - I asked for details. All they wanted to do was exchange links.

The email sounded like it was more than they could offer.
Serving all your Outer Banks real estate needs and if you are looking for a deal then search all Outer Banks foreclosures for bank owned real estate.
