Default Main features of realty web site

Recently I've delt with webmastering for a realty company. They just want to create listing of their offers in the Internet. I was puzzling over site structure about some days and in the long run the structure was done. Here it is:

1 - main page - best offers, some info about company, some menus
2 - catalog of realty for rent and for sale (categories are like those: flats, mansions, cottages, room) with photos and learn more pages
3 - search form (rent or sale, price, region etc.)
4 - some contact forms (wish to buy, sell, rent or lease)
    5 - "about us page"
    6 - some contact info

Is it enough or do such sites usually have another structure?

I have seen quite a few sites that input the lead capture forms on the landing page. Typically, they would offer free reports or free market reports on properties in order to capture the information of the visitor. For a Real Estate Agent, I would think that they would want to have a lending page as well. Just a thought on that since that would add extra content for the site

From a Loan Officer standpoint, people don't like to shop for a mortgage, but they love shopping for homes. If people go through a Real Estate Agent's website, they would most likely browse through a lending page as well just to get the information. The client wants to feel the "warm and fuzzy" feeling when they review someone's website, and the more information someone can provide, the more (I feel) the client will trust that person is an expert in their field.

It also gives a lender/broker the ability to be featured in the content and provide the information for the agent. It will provide a "dream team" effect for the client.

An example of this is on senasellsvegas.com. Tony Sena, as a real estate agent has the contact forms, etc, and also has featured a broker on the lending page.
