    Angry Campaign Manager

Can someone please guide me to specific instructions on how to make the campaign manager work. I have loaded some drips into it, thought I had it set up for the IDX registration, however when I test it, I am not receiving any emails, I used the registration name of JR Clifford Cummins. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jerry,

I'll take a look at this. I was just heading over to your site to fix up an issue with the dates in the csv export. So I'll check it out while I am there and get back to you.

    Thank you,

Aaron, I sent a post yesterday addressing basically the same issue in addition to the question of how to set up or modify the autoresponse to a new user. I am not sure where that post ended up, as a new user of the forum I am concerned I am missing some issues here.

    Hi Jerry,

The forum will email you if someone replies to a post that you made or a thread that you start ... so that way you can not loose the posts. Anyways.. I had a look at the campaigns and looks like you have them set up correctly and it's sending out emails (I checked the logs) ... I did make one update which will make them work much better. As far as the autoresponse to a new user you can just post a work order to have that changed ... it's only a 15 min task. I'll have a look for your other thread and ensure that it gets dealt with.

Thank you and Welcome to the Forums

I now got the drip email I have been talking about. Now the questions of an automatic salutation? is there one?, will there be one? how to set it up if one already exists?

Secondly, how do make a hot link work inside the drip text or signature? is there an automatic signature? if not when will there be one?

    Hi Gregg,

Certainly ... Theres is a Drip email system in the CMS lead manager. I see you have a couple of Campaigns set up there ... so we can start there. From the Lead manager screen click to "Manage Campaigns" ... Then click on the number under the "Email" column... from here you can begin to add emails to the campaign ... you can set the send delay and add as many emails as you like. It accepts HTML so you can enter HTML into the email box. Let me know when you've got your campaign ready and I can ensure that the emails are going out as expected.

    Thank you,

So putting in a link in a campaign is done by putting in the html in that campaign e-mail , and it will be an active link for a customer?

Thanks for the HTML template Drew,

I forgot to mention that I did manage to get listings to come up in Talega on the map search. I'll need to do a few more tweaks to get it to come up correctly when the map search loads.
