    What a really nice website Robert.

    Just looking at your properties, I notice a massive house, Wimbledon Circle for under $300,000! I'm moving to your part of the world. A house like that on the road I live on would be worth over $5 million!

    Probably one of the nicest property websites I've seen, good job.

    Caution:
    When you Click the Link "Home" on the framed part of
    [url_]http://www.hummerhomes.com/realtor_partners.php[/_url]

    It puts your site into the frame and makes you have two of the same looking sites inside each other... Add the code target="_parent" inside the Home link and it should straighten it up for you...

    ~~~it look like that link for "HOME" is not on your page but actually on the page:
    [url_]http://www.linksmanager.com/hummerhomes/recommended7.html[/_url] (and other numbers I am sure)
    so I don't know if you are able to change that or if you have to have linkmanager do it for you...
    Cheers! Another thing you might want to thing about doing is instead of Framing their page, Just get an RSS feed from it and put it into your own pages, that way the link back comes from you, not them... and when ever they update, so do you. It will help your link partners out and in turn, more will want to link with you.
    Hi SanDiego, I have attempted to change the links pages to static and have ended up creating a frame within a frame. Any suggestions? Thanks!
    LOL... that's because you placed the same page in the frame...
    Yeah, that's not what i meant...
    What i meant was to structure your site like this:
    Place an IFrame (if you must) with a new page like "http://www.hummerhomes.com/resources/California_Real_Estate.php" in it and have the links off the Links manager page get RSS'd onto the "California_Real_Estate.php" that is actually HOSTED on your server.
    Right now (as others mentioned) you don't actually have those links on your site - they are on the link manager site and you have framed them - if I have a link there and want to check it (via a script or google or anything similar) then your recip link actually come from a site that is not actually on the doamin HummerHomes.com.
    If you want some help Rss'ing it, ask, i'll see whatI can do for you in any spare tiem I might get here soon... (the season is picking up around here!)
    Hi SanDiego, we are going to give this another shot, I think we may be able to avoid IFrames too!
    Let me ask you a general link exchange methodolgy question. When I look for a new link partner, I generally Google a common keyword phrase (like Atlanta Real Estate). I then start with the first search result and work my way down looking for Realtor sites. Once I find one, I visit their link exchange and right click and select ' Cached Snapshot of Page' to make sure that the page has been indexed. Is there anything else I should look for in this cache?
    Next I go to the site's home page and right click and select 'Backwards links' to see how many other sites are linking to this particular site. How can I find out if this site is providing quality backlinks to the sites listed in it's exchange? I guess that is my main question.
    many people have many different ways to find link partners...
    I just try to stick these a few rules/suggestions when I link to sites.
    A. The site must be cached in Google -(try using info:www. site .com to verify)
    B. The site must be somewhat related to my sites theme.
    C. The links must be static on the other site's pages (no php?Jump=34509)
    D. The links must be spiderable - meaning no tricks or blocking int her robots.txt file
    E. I like the link to be somewhat helpful or useful if my traffic does see it and click.
    And that's about all I worry about.
    =============
    To find out if they are giving quality links back, try doing a "Backlinks check" again on some of the sites in the Orginal site's backlinks... In other words, if you're worried about it that much, just go to one fo the Already Linked partners they have and see if they end up in the partners backlinks... Also realize that recent links won't show up and not all links are shown by google.
    As long as they have other relevant links (don't want to join a link farm in google's eyes) they "Should" be ok to link with....
    The site works they way you have done it, but it's still "ON" the other server.
    The page any link back would be from would be:
    www. linksmanager .com/hummerhomes/
    or
    www. linksmanager .com/hummerhomes/recommended7.html
    And it would be "better" If it was something like:
    www. hummerhomes .com/resources/California-agents.htm
