Get a REW site I get about 400 (on Nov 1st 18) leads a month. Yes I have a lot of money and time tied up but if I stopped today I would still get leads.
I have talked to some that get 40-60 a day. I say take that money and invest in your website.

Anyone promising easy, its just promising moon and stars. Boy there is a graveyard of former agents who believed that easy was possible in generating leads.

Paying someone $1000 a month is rediculous! Just invest some time and learn how to generate your own leads online! Free except for the time.

I just think any pay up front arrangements are junk. I have never seen one of these work.

I agree. Craigslist can be a great resourse for leads. You just have to be careful about sticking to their posting policy otherwise your ads will get ghosted. (not show up)
