Reciprocal linking in the real estate world is under a microscope right now. I think you'll find MANY members of this forum that will tell you to stay away from it at all costs.

...and so you recommend sticking your head in the sand and hide? lets be real..my post was dead on accurate as was the one I quoted and as to the "MANY members here" I can tell you that not one in any market out ranks my clients that I've seo'd...without links you loose ...nough said.

You're exactly right - without links, you lose. I'm not advocating sticking your head in the sand - just saying that reciprocal linking is extremely old SEO, and there are better ways to get links without risking penalty.

Are you stating that SEO Pro's use automated software? I'd be happy to go up against these SEO "hacks" (You called them pros) and see who wins - Webin, with all due respect, no self respecting professional SEO advocates the use of automated link exchange software - the only people that run to it's defense are the ones trying to sell a service based on it and defend their tactics.

I don't know you, or whether you are in "the" industry or not - but you are just plain wrong with your statements brother.

Its very hard to retain editorial integrity while using an automated software for reciprocal link exchange. Even if you link to related websites, that doesn't mean your link exchange partner doesn't link to unrelated sites on his page.

I would suggest to stay away from link exchange programs. Get free one way links instead.

Automated Link Exchange promotes quantity not quality, and as many have said before, I would rather have 10 quality links than 1000 automated bs links
