Hope you can help me with this.

Im a new agent from Norway, and Im going to do a couple of market analysis of some houses this week. Im looking for a template where I can fill in information.

I want something that looks both informative and have a nice design.
Im going to include a list of what recent houses in the same area have been sold for+++

so you are saying its not good to help another person in their search for a certain item. i have been to many forums and no one ever said don't reply to an older message. Can you please give me the logic behind not replying to an old post? There are two post targeted at me, whats the problem? You are making it very hard to bring valuable information.

Exactly what is the purpose of posting then? Oh yeah plese tell me what an old post is exactly.

I am interested in a comparative market analysis template - perhaps something that would reflect a commercial property and itemizes the units. Is this something anyone has had luck in creating? Thanks for any help!
