    These are old ways of doing business. People used them when the internet was not around. Web masters never cold call.

    LOL That's hilarious! Are you kidding? How many webmasters do you know that have closed 100 transaction in one year? Most web traffic is buyers and you can't possibly close that many transactions, because buyers are much more time consuming. If you want to do this business in high volume and make over $500,000 a year, it would be very difficult to count on your web leads on a consistent basis. Trust me when I tell you.

    IMO, real estate agents who choose to ignore cold calling as a viable option for generating new business are leaving deals on the table. If you have a source that is working better for you that's one thing. Ignoring cold calling because you think or were told it doesn't work is another.

    You are SPOT ON Mark! If you are going to "Make It" in This business, you better be dealing with Sellers.
