    Default Updating webpage content

I`m curious how often many of you with lots of content on your sites update these pages? This can be a mamouth task and one which I have just started now.

    Thanks.

I only update it if something has changed that makes it less than current or accurate. Many of my pages will stay the same for years at a time.

Many of my other pages change on a daily basis - so depending on the page, it can be a huge pain.

Are listing pages change all the time. Price reduction, description changes, Open House notices, buyer incentives, new photos .... We just make sure we spend time each day to keep the data up to date.

I was curious so I had a look at it looks like you've got some suspicious looking <iframe> code just after the opening <body> tag. Looks like it may only be on the home page.

Glad I'm not the only one who sees it though....means I'm not losing the plot (yet!)

I tweek my pages all the time...testing out new strategies, just to see what happens. The search engines look at the last update to the page so if they see pages dormant...they kind of derate them eventually
