[QUOTE=Jaysonnhs;167033]I was wondering because we were talking about different ways we could make more money off our resale homes side and the option came up. It sounds like we could sell them but I wouldn't want to sell something that wasn't a sure thing. Do they just sell you a lead of someone that is looking for a home or is the person ready to buy and you are guaranteed to be their Realtor. QUOTE]

I recently covered for 2 agents at my office while they were gone. Both had Just Listed accounts, (the buyer leads from HV), and I took over their leads. Most of the leads were just people interested in the area and not serious about buying. But there were a few good leads, potential buyers down the road.

For the money, I'd put it into your website, your leads will be much warmer. Your website leads will reconize your name, where as the HV leads have no clue who you are when you contact them. Cold leads! They keep trying to sell me 3 leads a month for about $145 a month. Thats a lot of money for 3 leads.

3 leads a month for $145 that is crazy expencive. I have not done that math yet but I know my lead generation to date is less than half that amount. Just working the numbers in my head I know that to be true, and my leads are warm leads as you have said.

I just noticed that HV ads have taken over Active Rain. I logged in today and Market Leader ads were the first thing I saw.
