New User not in Contact List

I received an automatic e-mail that I had a new IDX user register but when I look at my contact list, he is not there. His last name is Helwig. Will you please look into this and let me know the problem?

Hi Eddy, I just did a search in your lead manager and I was able to find the contact you are referring to. I searched under last name "helwig" and it retrieved it as "bruce HELWIG" so I'm not sure if someone corrected this for you or not, but it is showing up.

It does not show that he ever logged in which I have never seen before. Normally when they register it is an automatic login. I was looking for him under the leads that logged in on his registration day which was Monday and that is why he didn't show up there.

Not sure if this issues is resolved ... but thought that I would mention that when they register that does not count as a login .... a "login" is only when they actually login using the IDX login page.
