Anybody here that closes business every month off their website? Could you let us all know what you have found works? As far as what questions to ask buyers or sellers, how to contact them. How many leads per month it took for you to start closing 2-3 deals per month from your website etc?

I know a few of you have had some great success. Could you share some of the things you've learned with the rest of us?

We close a few deals every month from each of our sites. I don't know if there is any big "secret" I could pass on. Like many others, we work on getting our pages to the top of the search engines, we try to have what the visitor wants when they get there and we consistently follow up.

Tough question. There are a lot of things we do to get our pages ranked well. Nothing out of the ordinary however. Many of the techniques or methods we employ are covered on this forum.

We don't use any particular script since each lead is different. With that said, we don't try to sell "homes" through email we try to sell a "relationship" that will lead to further dialogue.

How many leads do you get per month?

We receive 3-5 leads per site per day.
