idx non MLS

I have in my search section drop down menu for county's seemingly everywhere in the state.

I can seemingly search in Drew's neighborhood, but it does not show stuff. I am guessing someone added the whole state instead of the actual counties on my MLS.

Would someone change the counties to reflect what a customer can actually search for?

I can't search for homes in Beverly Hills or Dana Point, so they should not be there. Please change it back to where it actually works for the consumer.

Currently we are displaying per your request all the counties were added back in.

Originally we had these 6 Counties:
Santa Cruz County
Santa Clara County
San Mateo County
Monterey County
San Benito County
San Francisco County

Then we added all the counties in the IDX database:

Contra Costa County

Yes that is correct. But I am a bit confused. What I am told is the 7 counties, yet when I am on the agent site there appear to be other areas I can access. Would you have Reed confirm the current status?


On the snippet work, can we get rid of the pricepoints or modify then that are less than 400K. There is virtually nothing below 400K for condominiums, so the fields will result in no search results for anyone. There are a few mobile homes though that meet that. If they could be maybe 400K and under if we need to have a standard format that applies to all pages.

I am assuming Reed confirmed the 7. For some reason I can get other areas, I don't think I can have then on the IDX. Would you check with him on that? Thanks

Reed - What does this mean ? ... I think Gregg is asking to confirm that those are the only 7 counties... which they are not ...
